Please, could you get acquainted with an overview of our services and accommodation rules, which contains basic information for your comfortable and safe stay.

I. HOTEL D|A|P

The Military club Prague - Hotel DAP is part of the Military Spa and Recreation Facilities,m contributory organisation. Hotel is located in the middle of one of the most important districts of Prague Dejvice, right on Vítězné náměstí. It is ideally located on the route from Václav Havel Airport to the historical center of Prague.

The route from the airport to the hotel takes about 30 minutes. The best connection from the airport by public transport is by bus 119 to the Nádraží Veleslavín station, and then by metro A to the Dejvická station.

Metro station Dejvická and tram stop Vítězné náměstí are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. By public transport you can easily and quickly get to the most important historical monuments of Prague, cultural and social attractions and business destinations.

The biggest attractions include Prague Castle, Lesser Town, Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. In the vicinity of the hotel you will find the famous relaxation park Stromovka, from where you can get easily to the Prague Zoo.

II. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Only a guest who has registered for the accommodation and who has paid for the stay or provided the relevant guarantee of the stay is allowed to be accommodated in the Military club Prague - DAP hotel.

Standard check-in time is from 2:00 p. m. Earlier accommodation is possible at an additional cost in accordance with the price list of accommodation services of the DAP hotel.

Upon arrival at the hotel, please, present your ID card or passport to the receptionist. At the reception you will receive a key hotel card.

Each guest is obliged to pay a local fee according to present rules, in accordance with the decision of the municipal authority.

In case of loss of the key card from the hotel room, you will be charged a handling fee of CZK 200,-.

Please check at the beginning of your stay that your room and its equipment are in order and report any defects or shortcomings to the reception immediately. Subsequent complaints will not be taken to a consideration.

Visits to guest rooms are not allowed. For meetings you can use the restaurant Evropa or hotel lobby. From 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., we ask you to keep night silence in all areas of the hotel and be considerate of other guests.

Pets are allowed in the DAP hotel only upon prior notice of the hotel and payment of a fee according to the price list of accommodation services of the DAP hotel.

In addition to the guest, only a chambermaid has the right to enter the hotel room at the time of cleaning and maintenence staff accompanied by a chambermaid or an authorized hotel employee performing the room inspection.

When leaving the room, please make sure that all doors and windows are closed, lights are off, the TV is switched off, the kettle (available in apartments), chargers for phones and laptops are disconnected from the power supply and the water taps are closed.

Stay in the hotel is allowed only to persons who are not affected by infectious diseases. In the event that such a disease occurs during clients hotel stay, the client is obliged to immediately report this fact at the reception or to the director of the hotel or his deputy.

Please observe the smoking ban in all areas of the DAP hotel. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas, in front of the hotel entrance. A penalty fee of CZK 5,000,- is set for violating the smoking ban in the hotel.

Relocation of inventory and any interventions in the construction and technical parts and equipment of the building are not allowed in the hotel room or in the common rooms. Manipulation with the heater and its accessories is prohibited. It is also not allowed to use your own electrical appliances, except for razors or massagers and hair dryers. Furthermore, it is not allowed to bring bicycles or scooters into the hotel room.

Please enter the restaurant of the hotel in formal clothes or properly dressed. Do not take dishes, cutlery, glasses, drinks or food from restaurants.

If you need to iron your laundry, please use the free rental of iron and ironing board at reception. At the same time, please always use an ironing board for ironing to prevent possible damage to the hotel room equipment. If this rule is not followed, you will be charged full compensation for any damage caused to the room or equipment.

Safety deposit boxes in the hotel rooms are used free of charge for storing valuables. Please store money and valuables only up to a total value of CZK 10,000,- here. The hotel is not responsible for storing valuables of higher value in safes in the rooms. Money and valuables of higher value can be stored in the safe at the reception. The maximum value of securities handed over for safekeeping at the reception is CZK 200,000,- for one deposit. The Hotel DAP is not liable for money and valuables stored elsewhere than in the places specified in these Accommodation rules.

The hotel DAP building is locked from 10:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m. In case of later arrival, please use the bell at the front door. The receptionist will let the guest into the hotel upon presentation of a key card or proof of identity.

Please use the lift only for the number of people marked in the elevator. Children under the age of ten may only use the lift when accompanied by an adult.

In the case of an accident of the client, which occurred during his stay in the hotel, the client is obliged to report this fact at the reception or to the director of the hotel or his deputy.

Does not have any parking spaces. Please ask at the reception about parking options nearby the hotel.

All areas of the DAP hotel are prohibited from entering with weapons and ammunition.

In the case that you do not receive a bill for the ordered or received services, you are not obliged to pay for them.

The client has the right to complain about the services if he finds out that the services provided by the equipment have defects. Complaints about services are governed by the VLRZ Complaints Procedure, which is available at the reception and on the website www.volareza.cz/cz/reklamacni-rad. Complaints can be made to the management of the hotel or to the hotel reception, where the Book of Wishes and Complaints is also available.

The guest uses the room equipment only for the purposes for which it is intended and is fully liable for damage caused intentionally or negligently. Damage caused by the guest to the room equipment will be dealt with individually by the hotel manager or his representative according to the valid price list, which is available at the hotel reception. In the case of intentional damage to the room or its excessive pollution to such an extent that it cannot be rented again after the usual hotel cleaning, the situation will be resorved in cooperation with the police of the Czech Republic or the military police.

In the case of intentional damage to the room or its excessive pollution to such an extent that it cannot be rented again after the usual hotel cleaning, the guest pays the full fee for these days in addition to the work required to repair the damage or pollution.

In the case of a repeated gross violation of the accommodation regulations, the culprit may be asked, in addition to a financial penalty, to terminate his stay prematurely, without the right to a refund.

The standard check-out time is 10:00 a. m. at the latest. In case of late check-out you will be charged a fee in accordance with the price list of accommodation services of the DAP hotel.

In the case of a fire alarm, follow the reception instructions and fire guidelines located in the rooms and corridors of the hotel.

III. HOTEL SERVICES

1. ACCOMMODATION SERVICES

The hotel offers accommodation in spacious and comfortable rooms that provide all the comfort for your rest, peaceful sleep, work, or fun with your family. You can choose from the following room categories:

SINGLE AND DOUBLE ROOMS

Single and double rooms are equipped with work desk, practical refrigerator, bath or shower, safe deposit box, individual temperature control and a window soundproofing system. You can enjoy beautiful views of the Vítězné náměstí and the residential area of Dejvice. There are also two double rooms with access for people with special needs.

SUPERIOR ROOMS

Superior rooms are an ideal choice for demanding guests and business travelers. They are more spacious, with a large work desk and comfortable seating. It also offers a balcony with seating furniture and a pleasant view of the courtyard. Thanks to their location, they guarantee peace for work or your rest.

APARTMENTS WITH SEPARATE BEDROOM

The apartments offer maximum comfort for the discerning guest or special events. They include a separate living room with a comfortable seating area. Amenities include tea service facilities, practical fridge and bathtub or shower in the bathroom.

2. CATERING SERVICES

CLUB RESTAURANT

Buffet breakfast is included in the price and it is served daily from 7:00 to 10:00 in the Club Restaurant on the 2nd floor.

RESTAURANT EVROPA

The hotel restaurant Evropa is located on the ground floor of the hotel and is an ideal place for every day, business, or festive meetings. It has a capacity of 90 seats and is fully air-conditioned. You can enjoy traditional Czech dishes, international cuisine as well as delicious and festive menus here.

Restaurant opening hours:

- Monday to Saturday: 11:00 to 22:00 (last meal order before 21:00)

- Sunday: 11:00 to 20:00 (last meal order before 19:00)

Changes in the operation of the restaurant can be found at its front door.

IV. HEALTH CARE

A first aid kit with basic equipment is available at the hotel reception for the treatment of minor injuries. Please report more serious injuries to the hotel reception, that will arrange for a medical service, if necessary.
