Whirlpool:
Provides a deep massage to the whole body which helps to eliminate everyday stress. It is great way to refresh not only the body but also the soul in a short time. The combination of hot water, floating and massages improves blood circulation. Indisputable advantage is the placement of jets performing high pressure massages under water, bubble massages of the spine, neck, muscles, joints and feet. Tub capacity is 3 – 4 persons. Optimal water temperature is 33–37°C.
dry and steam Sauna:
Immediate effect of using sauna is cleansing the skin, muscle relief, pain withdrawal, breathing relaxation, mental relaxation, recovery, washing away waste products of metabolism.
Small pool:
Dimensions of the pool:1,60×0,90×1,40 m. It is used to cool down the body temperature after using the sauna and steam chamber. It has refreshing and relaxing effects and eliminates the stress. The temperature is approx. 10°C. The capacity is up to 3 persons.
Fitness center:
Fitness center offers wide variety of work-out machines – spinning bikes, treadmill, orbitrek, booster tower, dumbells, fitness benches, fitness rowing boats, rotopeds.
Solarium:
Tanning bed consists of two parts – a fixed bottom and movable top. The upper part has 18 tubes and 3 facial lamps, the bottom part has 18 tubes (type Cosmofit RA+). Tanning in solarium has a lot of possitive effects. In addition to golden tan, UV rays help the body to create vitamin D, calcium and inhibits the formation of acne. Tanning gives your skin a feeling of freshness and improves overall health.

Mountain bikes rental is open Monday through Friday, 9a.m.– 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.– 3:30 p.m. There are 39 brand-name (AUTHOR) bikes available . All the bikes are regularly checked and serviced by authorized company.
Skis, snowboards, sledge and snow-shoes rental: Rental office is open Monday through Friday, 9a.m.– 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.– 3:30 p.m.
